I have been following all directions on the how to flash gingerbread thread but litterally everytime I run the lg flash tool i get that same error>I wanna shoot myself now.

Hey guys I am trying hard here to get this stupid lg flash tool working and right when it starts up I get a' lg USB/Parallel lock key is not detected' so I press ok and than it asks for a login id and password were would I acquire one of these and I have been searching for 2 days now.
